deaf dal pup needs transport from PA (kSCE) to Maine(kRKD)

Hello, 10 week old deaf male dalmatian puppy needs transport from Rebersberg, PA 16872 to South Thomaston, Me 04858. The Airport codes are leaving from kSCE fly into kRKD. He is ready to go asap. I put the first airport in wrong it is k SCE at university park that is the closest. If I can just get him start north I think I can work it out but I am having a problem getting him started. thanks
