Pregnant Beagle needs ride from IND or CVG to PDX

Hello board! We are pulling a pregnant beagle from a kill shelter (pending transport arrangements) near Cincinnati, OH that needs to get to Portland, OR. She is on the euth list. We cannot do a ground transport with this girl due to needing to get her settled in to foster in Portland ASAP. If you can help, please advise.
