Tom, If you are legal to make the flight, you are acceptable to do a transport. PNP is a bulletin board and the decisions regarding all aspects of the flight are left solely up to the pilots involved. If you are OK as far as the FAA is concerned, I see no reason why you cannot do a transport. (Obviously you need to consider weight and balance, securing your passengers, etc.)
