the rest of the transport will occur next weekend. Thank you for your time! We are looking at transport on SATURDAY OCTOBER 24th or SUNDAY 25th, 2009 or possibly during the week. Thanks so much!!!!!! 344 air miles (553 km) (299 nautical miles) I am the coordinator and will be assisting you with any needs....

Addition: If this is too far, we could shorten the ride and get ground transport or pick different days.....please help us get her to her destination.
this part is the most important......

Hi Mary.

Just thought I'd post this where others can see...I can get the 25th (anytime, earlier = better) from Houston (DWH) to Alexandria (2L0 looks nice)...or about halfway. Assuming VFR weather, and it looks promising.

The pilot map looks a little empty in that area...anyone from Jackson or maybe New Orleans that could do the other half? Lafayette is a doable destination as well, if that is more convenient for anyone, especially NOLA pilots. (Lafayette would actually be better for us flying, but Alexandria is much better for a driver, if the second leg is done via road...)
