This pretty girl was tied to a truck her owner had stolen. When the police came, he jumped in the truck to run, but didn't untie this girl, so she was drug on the pavement. She's healing nicely and a total love. She tested positive for heartworms and has an amazing rescue willing to take her knowing there will be quite a bit of extra expense involved in treating the hw. This is the beautiful girl. You can see the pavement burns/rubbed off skin, on her chest and on her feet.

She'll be ready to go the weekend of the 7th to her rescue after getting spayed.

I know we've e-mailed back and forth, but wanted to thank you again for your offer. With this hurricane mess coming through and not knowing which way it will curve, the shelter was able to find a volunteer to help get her to rescue by land and the rescue will meet the volunteer. I'm sure you'll be hearing from me again. Stay safe!
