NEWS Flash!
Pilots N Paws filmed yesterday for "NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams." Two of our pilots, Rhonda Miles out of Chattanooga, TN and Devon Barger with son Deston out of St. Augustine, FL, worked together doing a long transport for 7 dogs from St.Bernard's Parish SPCA, New Orleans to SPCA in Lakeland, FL. All pups were victims in some way of the oil spill. This is supposed to air tonight Sat., July 24th. Might also air Sunday a.m. on Today Show. Check your local NBC listings for the times in your area.
Our pilot volunteers continue to amaze me by going literally the extra mile to help out the animals and to promote the good work all of us continue to offer through Pilots N Paws. Rhonda flew to New Orleans and spent the night, and Devon changed his work schedule to fill in literally at the last minute for pilot Jeff who was stuck in the keys due to tropical storm Bonnie. Please watch and send your comments out in support of rescue volunteers everywhere!!
Thanks
Debi

I was disappointed by the shortness of the piece , but hope it continues to get adopters/rescues interested in helping those pets.
Huge thanks to the pilots & volunteers who work tirelessly to save lives on a day to day basis, and to the PNP founders for starting this group that makes such a HUGE difference.
