Hello,
There is a dog that was rescued from Afghanistan, flown to Stockton, CA about 4 months ago. When the owner returns from Afghanistan, he will need help getting the dog to Norfolk, VA. The dog weighs about 100 pounds, and 8 months old. His ears and tail were burned, so he has been through a lot and is petrified of being in small places, like a crate.
Is there anyone available to help get Koche from Sacramento, CA to Norfolk, VA sometime in September? I can raise funds to help pay for this trip to Virginia.
Thank you,
Anne Sardena

CA to VA - dog rescued from Afghanistan
Re: CA to VA - dog rescued from Afghanistan
Did you get any pilots lined up for this flight?
Re: CA to VA - dog rescued from Afghanistan
I'm new to the forum/PNP but am located in Richmond, VA (not far from Norfolk). I'm a private pilot (SEL, MEL) working on instrument and would love to assist in anyway I can. I do not own a plane but again, if there is any way I can assist, please let me know.
Re: CA to VA - dog rescued from Afghanistan
I would be willing to do a leg From SLC or Ogden Utah East Bound 300-500 Miles.
Re: CA to VA - dog rescued from Afghanistan
All, this request was made back in August and the soldier was due home in September. The original poster of this request, which wasn't made in the proper forum, has never come back and given anyone an update. It is likely safe to assume this request is no longer needed and will be deleted since it is over 30 days old.Koche wrote:Hello,
