If Duke can get to Bakersfield or close I could transport him by car to Mountain View on Friday
November 16th. Weather is not looking good for VFR flight in our area from Thursday thru
the weekend. Otherwise, I will be returning to PAO after Thanksgiving and might be able to
help then.

This is a LONG transport, has any consideration been given to an airline flight? There is not place to ship animals out of Joplin, but I could get the dog from Joplin and ensure that it get's on it's connecting flight out of Kansas City. Here is the link for Continental/United.

If he fits in a sherpa bag (cannot stand taller than 11" and you can get him to Dallas, I am flying back from there commercially, hopefully Friday.
