Number of animals being transported: 11, mama plus 10 puppies
Breeds, weight, age: mama is choc lab, 2 yrs
Health Condition: good, after quarantine
Heart worm Status:
Vaccinations: have 1st round of shots
Health Certificate: yes
Spay/Neutered: mama, yes
Special needs: no
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties Second Chance Rescue
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties: Second Chance Rescue

Additional Info/situation: receiving airport is flex as long as local NY/NJ; have used White Plains etc.; date has some flexibility and during week also works.

Hi Doug,

Mom looks like a Choc Lab about 50 lbs. Puppies are about 9 wks old maybe 8-10 lbs???

I think we have this covered for the weekend of 2/23-24. Also, I was in touch with Cara regarding the JRT, who no longer needs the transportation. Looks like a full load with about 150 lbs of passengers. :D
