Vaccinations:2 sets puppy shots
Health Certificate:yes
Spay/Neutered:not yet
Special needs:none
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties:Heart of Jackson Humane Society, Holton, KS
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties:Fairy Dawg Mother Rescue
Contact information (publicly viewable on forum):Betty Flemming 785-364-5156
Are you a 501c3:Yes
Additional Info/situation:Hill City to Centennial, CO, is filled for Sat or Sun (3/16,3/17)
Urgent Need to get puppies to Hill City from any location around Topeka or Kansas City.

I can move from hill city to Topeka this week anyday but tuesday or Thursday.
