Kern County Animal Control (Bakersfield , CA) received a call “puppies in trash”.  The volunteers went into action and Jennie and Lorin along with Rocket Dog Rescue ( www.rocketdogrescue.org ) in Oakland, CA made a plan to save them. Of course transport was needed and thankfully Pilots N Paws pilot Derek Johnson and his super nice assistant Tania flew to the rescue to save them.

These puppies are now on the way to homes instead of the inevitable euthanasia had they been at the shelter even a day longer. This is a high kill shelter and they euthanize for space.

Michelle says, “Thank you Pilots N Paws for this donated gift of flight. Your flights truly save lives.”
