Jack was adopted a few days after he arrived to NJ by way of Pilots N Paws!
Jack was adopted a few days after he arrived to NJ by a friend of someone that adopted another dog from us that was also flown up by Pilots and Paws. Jack now lives with his 2 year old fur sister and gets lots of love and attention. Jack and Luna are best friends already. He follows her everywhere and does everything she does. Very cute. Without the help of these pilots, the travel from NC to NJ by ground is so stressful that it takes a few days for them to adjust. When they come up by air, they are not fearful of where they are when they arrive. Pilots and Paws is a wonderful organization and all of the pilots and co-pilots we have met are so nice. I have attached 2 pictures that Jack’s family has sent. Jack has the black muzzle and Luna does not, otherwise they look a lot alike. Here’s a link to the story of Jack’s original rescue flight: https://www.pilotsnpaws.org/2015/01/photomontage-from- anne/ Note from the Pilots who flew Jack:
“Thank you!!! Andrew and I absolutely love volunteering with Pilots N Paws. It is sooo rewarding to see the expressions on the faces of the rescues and the affection they have to offer. I spoil them before, during and after the flight with treats, toys etc. Plus they sit in my lap during the flight if they are small enough. Otherwise they are behind us looking out of the window or napping. Sometimes the larger dogs will sit behind us on the floor with their nose in our shoulders…while they look out the front window…soooooo cute!!!
Thank you!!!!Anne”“My heart is full to know that Jack has a wonderful home.”–Anne Egan, PNP supporter who saw Jack’s original story about his rescue flight
