Hello,

My name is Rachel Coyne and I am from Long Beach Island, NJ.  Last year on Feb. 5th I brought home a shy little chihuahua from the AHS Popcorn Park Zoo in Forked River, NJ.  This little girl that I named Louie was an 8 year old chihuahua who was scared of everything and suffering with skin problems covering the majority or her body. She was a dog that many people would have seen as a lost cause.  Lucky for me your organization along with the popcorn park zoo decided to give her and 26 of her companions a second chance and flew them up from North Carolina to New Jersey to find their forever homes.

Now, nearly a year later Louie has come out of  her shell and transformed into a healthy, happy dog who fills my life and my home with love and happiness on a daily basis.  I feel incredibly blessed to have such a sweet companion in my life and owe thanks to you and popcorn park for the amazing work you do every day to change the lives of animals in need.  If there is anything I can do to volunteer to help please keep me posted. Thanks again so much and keep up the good work.. it is making a difference!

Sincerely,

Rachel C.
