Sept 26, 2015 Pilots N Paws Transport (Bahamas)

Today’s transport was a quick one hour flight over to Freeport in the Bahamas to pick up 8 Potcake dogs that were heading to Naples, FL. It was 30 minutes to Fort Lauderdale to clear customs and another 30 minutes over to Naples before heading back to the Florida Keys. It was a beautiful flight and the Bahama dogs couldn’t have been better behaved.

    My daughter is disabled and unable to care for her Akita. We live in Nashville Tn and the dog is in Flagstaff AZ. Would it be possible for you to transport this dog. He is well mannered.

      Cynthia, if you’d like to request a transport, you can visit http://www.pilotsnpaws.org/guidelines/guidelines-for-rescues/ to learn how. AZ to TN is a long flight for this group, as you have to remember that we have to go both directions (bring the dog and return home), so the distance is actually double. You can certainly request assistance, but you may want to look into commercial options as well. Good luck.
