These two siblings ended up in a Louisiana shelter. They are only 7-8 months old and nobody came for them.

Their trip started out with Val, who drove them to meet their pilot. Pilot Owen picked up Mona and Maui at Lakefront aiprort (KNEW) in New Orleans and flew them to Madison, MS (KMBO).  Pilot Sonny loaded up the pups in Madison and completed the next leg to Tuscaloosa, AL (KTCL).  The final leg of the first day concluded with Pilot Jim getting the siblings to Smithville, TN (0A3).  Shandi met Jim & took them to boarding at Paws Stop Retreat. (Thank you Debbie)

Daniel M. grabbed the pups the next morning and got them to the airport to meet Day 2’s first pilot, Jan.  Jan covered the stretch from Bowling Green to Mount Sterling, KY (IOB).  Brian moved the pups on their next leg from Mount Sterling to Zanesville, OH (KZZV).

Both dogs went to Jennifer with Howl at the Moon Rescue in Ohio. Without her, these sweet siblings wouldn’t have made it out.  Big thanks also to Terrie V. for helping!
