Cowboy and Chamber of Commerce Weather
This was Cowboy’s day. We managed to have time to make a rescue flight from Emmett, ID to Ephrata, WA on 12/22. He was being transferred to a trainer in preparation to be adopted to a forever home. Janie & I were impressed with the kindness of all who were involved. I don’t know a whole lot about the background of this dog, but my understanding is that he liked to chase the cattle and horses (DUH!) What’s the solution? Tie him up of course.
Then after a couple of years give him to your son who basically did the same. Now the solution becomes even more bizarre – I’ll just shoot the dog. That is how he ended up at the shelter in Emmett and from there to be retrained in Quincy. The least I could do is help this guy find a happy and productive life and am happy to help. Not only that, but it was a Chamber of Commerce type day to fly. Two rewarding things at once!
