I used to get email rescue requests and they suddenly stopped. Is that a new policy? Thank you.

Your flying distance notif's range is set to 0 (which disables the trip notifications).
If you don't login for a period of time (6 or 12 months, cant recall offhand) we stop sending the email notifications. You can add back your distance setting and should get them again.
