Odd Heading of My Flight Request.

I just posted a flight request, and it says to report this post to Admin. this has never happened before. What's going on?

There's a list of spam and prohibited words that the forum software will replace with that. Maybe it got mixed up.
You can edit the name I think. Would need you to share the post link to see exactly.

Also, about the 2 line location: one line says Long Beach, Ca, where the dog came from.
The other line says Lakewood, Ca. I can't change that, either.

The forum has a list of phrases and words that it gets from prior spam posts - apparently "Adidas" was on that list and triggered it. I removed that from the list. should be good now.
