Louie(aka Lewis) was found as a stray in Louisville, Kentucky.  He had been hit by a car and taken to the Louisville Animal services. He could not walk and was in a lot of pain. The shelter reached out and asked our group to rescue him.  We knew we had to get Louie to St. Louis quickly for medical treatment. We requested a flight and Miranda and Jeremy picked up our flight.  It was very windy in Louisville and in St. Louis.  They made the trip through and Louie is here now awaiting surgery. Thank you so much to Pilot Miranda and Co-Pilot Jeremy.  We could not do this without Pilots N Paws and they knew the urgency to get him help.  Thank you so much Pilots N Paws. We appreciate all of the pilots who help we in the rescue community.  Thank you!
