5 Pups Leave the Lone Star State for the Windy City

I will dedicate this PNP rescue transport to the memory of fellow Pilots n Paws pilot and friend Dr. Bill Kissinger. Bill and I worked together on many PNP flights.

After many weather delays, we finally got the Texas 5 to Chicago.

Leg 1 – Burnet, TX to Marshall, TX flown by Wade Roberts.
Leg 2 – Marshall, TX to Covington, TN flown by myself Jim Carney.
Leg 3 – Covington, TN to Central, IL flown by Mike.
Leg 4 – Central, IL to Chicago, IL flown by Eric.

Pam Parer of Wolf Pack Dog Rescue was the transport coordinator. Now the bad news, Pam was helping with the unloading of pups. She slipped on ice and had to go the hospital with a serious leg/knee injury. We all hope she makes a fast recovery!!

Thanks to all who helped with this transport!!
