Freedom Flight 29

For 29th Freedom Flight, we had our friend, Taylor, join us.  It was her first time on a small plane, as well as her first outing for Pilots N Paws, and she made a great copilot.   We flew from French Valley to Coalinga, CA, where Amanda Audet-Griffin brought us Hooch, and Pepe.   Hooch, a tan pit-mix, was a bit more energetic, and the two dogs had never interacted, so we let him ride in a crate, while Pepe got to sit in Taylor’s lap, harnessed in.

The weather was beautiful for the quick flight back down to Whiteman airport, where Connie Jackson from Ace of Hearts Rescue picked them up.  All of the folks involved deserve a big shout out, from everyone involved in saving the pups in Coalinga, to Vista Aviation at Whiteman for being a big help, to all of the good people at Ace of Hearts.
29 missions, 60 animals transported.   Many many more to come.
