“Around the World” for Pilots N Paws
I started flying for Pilots N Paws in 2014, since then I have flown the equivalent distance of “around the world” or over 24,900 miles for rescue transports through PnP. This included over 207 hours flown throughout Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. More than 111 dogs were flown to rescue, foster or their furever homes. Attached is the photo of the two German Shepard pups that were flown on May 5, 2018 that pushed the total miles flown since 2014 over 24,900 miles. These two GSDs were friendly, happy and energetic pups that apparently were “Christmas puppies” that the owner surrendered to foster. My wife and I flew them from Arkansas to St. Louis where they were fostered. I continue to fly for Pilots N Paws and enjoy helping these kind souls get to new homes.
