Betty Boop was a victim of Hurricane Harvey. Her time had run out so she needed to be transported to the KY Humane Society in Louisville no later then Saturday the 14th. I flew from Covington, TN to Tallulah, LA to meet Bill Helfand. Bill and friend Norman had flown Betty Boop from Houston. I flew Betty Boop to Jackson, TN where Jan met me and flew her to Frankfort, KY.

Betty Boop had obviously been abused. Probably used as a bait dog!! She is now safe and will live the rest of her life feeling loved!!
