Caroline with the Pointer Rescue Org was looking to transfer a pretty pointer out of a shelter in north Georgia to his foster home in Raleigh, NC. She quickly found some support after posting her request on the PNP website.

Gary and Cardinal arriving at the Rome, GA airport.

Gary, a private pilot also involved with PNP would actually drive our 4-paw friend to the Rome airport this time. Christophe and Bruce came from Charlotte and flew him to Asheville, NC where David then took him to Raleigh. Since he arrived in a Cardinal, David suggested his passenger be named “Cardinal”.
