HUGS to new pilot for us, Tracie Crawshaw who flew Maybelle from Bainbridge, Ga to Rome, Ga today, 8/22/16. Tracie’s co-pilot was her mom! Maybelle is headed to ABTCR (American Black and Tan Coonhound Rescue) – THANK YOU Cheri Keesler Zaiger for taking her in. HUGE HUGS to Ashley Harper for fostering Maybelle and HUGS to her dad, Donnie Harper for picking her up at the airport! CLAP of HANDS to Beth Yockey Eck for getting them to the airport on time. We appreciate the pilots that fly and drive for us, and all the rescuers/volunteers that save these animals and give them the chance to live ~ Thanks to an awesome pilot program –Pilots N Paws.

UPDATE:

What an awesome job folks!  It is truly refreshing to see a shelter work so hard for the hounds!  She has an awesome foster home that will nurture her and get her vetted.  Then she will be posted as “Available for Adoption”  We have great success in matching the right hound for the right home.

HUGE THANK YOU to pilot Tracie Crawshaw for stepping up to the plate and making this all happen!  🙂
