Today was a special day for one lucky dog, Sara Mae to be flown from Bainbridge, Ga to South Lake Animal League (HUGS Doreen Barker) who was willing to take in this girl as she had to leave her home due to her owner having some health issues. CLAP of HANDS to pilot Derek Matthews and Bahadir from Epic Flight Academy https://epicflightacademy.com/ who kindly flew her to Leesburg, Fl. SALUTE to Lynn Thornhill for helping get this ball rolling for Sara and special hugs to her owner, Samantha for getting her to the airport and letting go which we all know is hard to do. Hugs to Vicky with S.L.A.L. for picking her up. S.L.A.L. will give this girl a second chance at a forever home and it might actually be with the pilot who flew her…. time will tell on that! We appreciate the pilots that fly and drive for us, and all the rescuers/volunteers that save these animals and give them the chance to live ~ Thanks to an awesome pilot program – Pilots N Paws
