Annette and Mark Farabaugh, from Visalia, Ca. recently signed up with Pilots N Paws and didn’t waste any time in making their first flight. Nikolai, a Doxie/Minpin mix was found as a stray in the Bakersfield area. The dog had puncture wounds to the head and a broken jaw.

Nikolai needed special care for his broken jaw. UC Davis agreed to examine Nikolai if he could be there on Monday, Nov. 30. Thanks to Annette and Mark for springing into action on such short notice. Nikolai will get the surgery he needs to repair his broken jaw.  Sue Clark coordinated the flight.
