Completed a PNP transport for a West Highland Terrier from Russellville, AR going to a foster home in St. Louis, MO.  The transport coordinator/rescuer said “don’t look him in the eye.” During the flight I turned to check on him, he saw me and I discovered he has a good set of lungs.  He barked straight for 25 minutes. The Westie was a “Christmas puppy” that the owners either didn’t know pet owner responsibility or just didn’t want to take care of him.  He was a very happy puppy and I am glad he went to a foster and hopefully gets adopted to a good home.
