The day started with a 5′ Boa Constrictor that needed a ride from Key West to the Orlando area. (Snakes travel extremely well in a pillow case on the co-pilots seat).

My first stop was in Marianna, FL which is northwest of Tallahassee. The Chipley shelter had 5 adult dogs that needed to get to Stuart, FL on the east coast of Florida just south of Orlando.

I stopped in Valkaria to drop off the snake and then went to Stuart to deliver the dogs before heading back to the Keys. 1000 nautical miles flown on a picture perfect day and 6 critters starting new journeys.

Another one of the 5 adult dogs saved this trip!
