Today was a busy day.  Buddy arrived!  When his previous owner passed away, Buddy was turned out and left to fend for himself.

Two animal lovers, Russ and Natalie found Buddy laying in a creek and he was unable to get out.  They immediately scooped Buddy up, and got him the medical attention he needed.  He was in pretty bad shape.  They have been nursing him back to health and felt it was time for him to find a permanent home.  We were so lucky to be chosen to help Buddy find his forever home.

Enter Pilot Phil.  He volunteered immediately to fly Buddy to Freedom Collie Rescue.  Buddy was flying to us in style.  Buddy is now in his FCR foster home.  He will be completing his heart worm treatment, and then will be available for adoption.  He is one sweet, handsome boy.  Thank you Russ and Natalie for caring, and Phil for giving of your time to get Buddy to us!  Thank you Pilots N Paws for organizing and providing these great pilots that help rescue groups out so much by providing their time and planes.
