Gay Wakeland of Deaf Dogs of Oregon put out a request to get Aspen from the Dallas, TX area to San Antonio. Aspen is a friendly and sweet, but deaf, Australian Shepherd.        He needed assistance getting to a temporary foster home with Carole.

Tanya Card picked up Aspen just outside Dallas in Terrell, TX.  He was a perfect passenger, at least once the challenge of getting him through the small opening in the baggage area was accomplished. Aspen quickly settled down and napped for the hour and a half ride.

Eventually, Aspen made his way to Portland and was been adopted by his foster mom.
