Just a big thank you to your organization and to Don Glisson, Jr. who flew Scruffy from Jacksonville, FL to his new home in North Carolina!!

    I am Scruffy’s new Mom.We are pretty sure we will name him Champ.Thannk you Don Glisson, Jr,Kay Fellows,Humane Society of Putnam County,Cyndy,Patty and everyone who had a hand in rescusing my boy and getting him to me.Champ is a wonderful dog and I am so thankful for him.Without all of you I would not have him.He was wagging his tail on the way home.When he got to our home he was wagging his tail within 10 minutes.When I come home he wags his whole body.We look out for each other.I had a yardsale Sat.and he seemed very protective of me.It is like he knows we belong.Champ is happy with his big brother a 18 month old Golden Retriever,little sister a 8 year old Pek-a-poo and 2 year old brother a yellow tabby cat.It is amazing how they all acecpted Champ.The dogs love playing in the yard.They chase each other around the bottom of the trampoline.Everyone got a bath today.Then they played.They love playing ball.Champ has a cute green bed,little stuffed lamb and lots of tennis balls.He is well loved.Everytime I see him he makes me smile.He warms my heart and I am so thankful I have him.He is my boy.It is hard to believe it all started when I saw a picture of him on facebook at the Putnam Animal Shelter.
