How ‘The Village’ Works
Now here is an example of how ‘the village’ works.
On Sunday, January 25th, pilot Bill, along with wrangler, Bri, loaded up Tater in OKC, then flew to Gainesville, Tx. There they picked up Whitney, from Dallas, and met pilot Duke. Pilot Duke had left McKinney, Tx, flew to Magnolia Ak where he picked up Lady-Bird and her 4 puppies. Pilot Duke brought the momma and pups to Gainesville, loaded them up in Bill’s Cirrus SR20, and were taken to Guymon, OK. At that point, they were transferred to pilot Kelli’s Cessna, and delivered to Mountain Pet Rescue in Denver, CO. That is a LOT of planes, fuel, and good people involved with getting 7 lucky dogs to their chance at a new life. Thank you, each and every one.

First photo is Pilot Bill, with Whitney, and Wrangler Bri with Tater.
Second photo is Pilot Duke with Lady-Bird. Puppies were already loaded and because of the time issue (already running very late due to Duke having to fight a bad headwind on his way to KGLE), I failed to get the name of Duke’s wrangler.
